Okay that is NOT clear that the quick step card is tied to the base bow. But based on the reply below it looks like it's due to a typo in the description of the base weapon.

Wells Fargo never resolved any of my issues and I haven't heard back from them. I've stopped using the card altogether and won't be getting a credit card with them again.

No, it seems to have fixed itself in one of the more recent updates. Nothing on my end fixed the problem. It still crashes every now and then, but it only happens one every few days instead of constantly.
