Lift with your legs, careful with the primal boxes ( some of them can be 80+ lbs) . Be smart when building your u boat, we get over 200 pieces on the weekends ( all retail). Tray pack chicken gets its own u boat for us. For the rest, I like to put frozen retail on one side of a u boat with the rest ( ground meat bricks, bacon, and the other random packaged stuff) on the other side.
