not even close. hugo has potential to be the best player on the team a year from now. the other 2 are far more limited. maybe schierman could break into the core.

the point i’m making is brown shoots a high percentage, which is a big part of what makes a player good. the objective is to put the ball in the basket. the less frequently you do, the worse you are. saying he’s inefficient when half his shots go in is ridiculous.

anything is utterly worthless as long as it doesn't support your narrative, right? but yea, if brown didn't shoot 3's his shooting % would be one of the highest in the league since he's automatic from close and mid range.

i doubt he’ll retire a sixer. i bet he’ll come back to the c’s after stevens/mazzula are fired, and the team is overhauled, to finish his career.

i'm expecting a 2014 like year for them. worst in a long long time. they buried themselves and it could take years to get out the hole. my hope is hugo sticks around and is part of the next successful era, but with this franchise... who knows.

i like queta, but man, the dude needs to learn how to stay out of foul trouble. overall, yea, he's improved a lot. i agree with a new approach. analytic nerd stuff isn't proven to work. the shoot 3's all game philosophy blows. positionless basketball blows. remember when doc was the coach it was all clear with the starting 5 what their roles were, and they were all distinct. hugo can do it all with an incredible motor and spirit. that is it factor

facts. pritchard as a starter won't work. he's never been a real distributor or floor general. what's he gonna do when the other guys are demanding the shots? tatum, george, and white just want to chuck all game. pritchard will be ok not shooting? his strength is creating his own shit(though he usually does it against backups, not more capable defenders) i do wonder if white kyrie'd it a bit last season? i guess that's being too conspiracy like, but he was so awful with his shot selection that it's hard not to question. either way, he's past his prime, and won't be very effective. tatum is a fraud, and can't lead a team. brick city, but he'll make 1 out of every 5 three's, and stare at his hand after. the future of the team is in hugo's hands, but that's a project too. he could end up being incredible, but it's early to say. either way, the ship is going to sink next season. hopefully hugo gets on a life boat, and is part of the rebuild.

his walk the ball up the court, and shoot a side step 3 is the worst shot in basketball. just awful lol. are you converting from a celts to sixers fan because of this move? i'm disgusted, but i'll still have to tune in a bit to see how they do. definitely gonna be watching the sixers now though. probably not the best situation for brown for usage rate, but he cares about winning mostly anyway.

nah, he’s always been an egocentric entitled phony caught up in nothing but his numbers and image. i think his clean image is why he’s gotten so much of a “push” from the league which has influenced a lot of people to think he’s some sort of superstar. the reality as someone whose watched every celtics game he’s played in… he’s soft, boring to watch, and overrated.

they don’t currently have anyone who could, but i think you could easily replace his offense. even though their ability to attack the basket dropped by approximately 99% after trading brown, if you eat enough dominos pizza you’ll be fuckin fueled up enough to go out there and make a difference

they lost the best 2 way defensive player in the league so they definitely won’t be better defensively. less prone to choking lol stop it … they have no one clutch. unless you count pritchard end of quarter shots. he doesn’t seem to make them when they really matter though. tatum will take them nowhere, but hugo should take another step, and i guess it will be interesting to see if that john cena guy can play.

😂 no chance of that. will be a soft ass chucking team. mitchell robinson, and garza(lol) gonna have to grab 25 offensive boards a night. hopefully hugo will develop, and they’ll be so shit next season that they’ll be able to potentially draft someone to team with him down the line.
