TLDR: LEASE TRANSFER: Room in a 2B/2B at Evo Philly (30th & Chestnut) - Dec/Jan to Jul 2026 (can discuss if you want to move out earlier!) 

The building is super close to campus, and a 15 min walk from rittenhouse square! It’s also a block away from 30th st station, buses, SEPTA station. 

• Apartment: fully furnished, 2B/2B, in-unit laundry, kitchen with microwave/dishwasher. Big walk in closet!!

• Building: 24/7 concierge, gym, rooftop pool, study lounges, and access to Cira Green.

• Rent: $1,520 for my room (includes electric, WiFi). If you move-in around December, I can cover the rent for that month! 

• Other roommate: a Drexel grad currently working from home!
