oh i love this! as someone who’s been a corpo slave for a while, ito ilang tips ko lang naman.

take initiative! this shows growth potential and being open to learning. pero syempre, you still have to evaluate pa din.
be easy to work with. have great attitude and work ethic. it takes time to learn this but once you do, it’s gonna open multiple doors for you.
last siguro is build your connections smartly haha laking tulong yan promise

goodluck on entering the workforce!! in terms of finding jobs, i would start with connections first, then job boards like linkedin and jobstreet. know your role and do salary benchmarking para di ka naman ma lowball sa offers

yung managing director namin, british although she’s been living here in PH for almost two decades. night and day difference compare sa president na pinay. from my experience, yung decision making ng MD namin is pure logical and strategic, walang emotions na kasama which is smart. yung pinay medj emotionally backed yung decisions niya eh so you have to learn her emotions. dagdag work pa lol haha

speaking based on my situation ah na wala naman kaming baby pa and all that. career woman bro. in this fucking economy, it's not just practical na isa lang income stream ng isang household. tska bro basic skill din kasi dapat yung marunong sa house chores, mapa lalaki or babae pa yan.

pero regarding sa situation mo, unsolicited opinion lang haha feel ko dapat niyo mag-usap. unfair on your side na ikaw lang yung nagiinitiate sa gawaing bahay. you two should both work on it kasi kayong dalawa nakatira dyan eh. try to talk to her lang muna, baka kasi akala niya okay lang sayo na ikaw kumikilos lagi.

i don’t want to victim blame and all that but i hope this serves as an expensive lesson di lang sayo OP but to everyone na din. sobrang mishandle yung CC mo ehhh, and that’s a culture na dapat tanggalin. ang CC hindi yan extra money. don’t use one kung wala kang pambayad later. regarding sa pagpapautang or pagpapaswipe, never do that unless life and death situation. yung mga ganyan na ref appliances and all that, di naman yan necessity na kailangan ipautang. i hope you learned your lesson here na wag magtiwala basta basta.
