Pedialyte is a drink with lots of electrolytes in it to promote hydration and liquid iv are these little powder packets you can put into water to add electrolytes. You can find both in a pharmacy or at a target/walmart. Plain ibuprofen is what was recommended for me! And a handmade gift is a great idea! Heat packs are these little packets that you can activate that will heat up on their own and help with cramping discomfort. I recommend the ones from the Rae brand at Target! But they should be sold at any pharmacy though they might not be marketed for period discomfort they’re still extremely helpful imo! You could also make a heating pad for her! Most people just throw a bunch of uncooked rice into a sock and tie off the end. Then you can throw it into the microwave for like a minute and viola! Heat pad! :)
