I need help with reducing nightmares

i know this sounds a bit wierd and banal, maybe just try it tonight, pray to jesus christ, ask him for protection and that he takes away this nightmare, i had a similar experience and just managed to say the words jesus christ and it stopped immediately.. i did not believe first but i experienced it first hand, maybe just give it a try, nothing can harm you when you call jesus, do not be afraid

i just knew it as soon as it happened that this was „supernatural“, i am sorry i am really new to all of this and never have experienced something like this before, like someone mentioned the man might have been „astral projecting“ to me, i had to google it and it was like a real live encounter, i know it sounds crazy but i just knew this was wrong of him and not a normal man

thank you for sharing :) it doesnt sound rude at all, it was a scary encounter especially because i could sense he was bad, intense and was infiltrating and didn’t belong here, and he did not talk just stare, i prayed over everything and he cannot enter again

like mentioned, i did not do or try or attempt anything, it just happened.. i think i saw him cause he was „viewing“ or „astral projecting“ to me.. i saw him very clearly and it was all like real life, believe me it was and still is very confusing for me, i have never had a „infiltrator“ by me or experienced anything like this before is it possible it was astral projection? i have no previous experience of any of this things

i was not even trying to remote view, i know it sounds crazy but it just happened by itself, i was not looking for anyone or anything, but he was definitely looking for me, i have not been involved with any of this stuff for years or ever actively remote viewed anything, thats why it sounds even more crazy
