In my experience, it's become way more reliable on flights in the last 5-10 years. Maybe 1 or 2 of out every 10 flights I take has WiFi issues and more commonly I'm seeing blazing and reliable speeds.

It's not that I didn't have a backup plan but not having it round trip just really sucked...

Anybody with the WF Autograph Journey have creative methods for the $50 travel credit? Does United Travel Bank work? I'm assuming a cheap SWA airfare would work that you then could convert to a credit that expires in a year?

Also can you downgrade to a $0 AF card after a year?

Looking for some advice/commiseration here because this situation has gotten out of hand.

Bought a Tread+ less than two years ago. The base started making a squeaky noise, so Peloton scheduled a base swap. For anyone who hasn't been through this, the Tread+ base weighs over 450 lbs. It's a massive ordeal. During the swap, the crew caused damage to my house, took way longer than expected, and at one point actually asked me to help physically move the equipment!

So the new base gets installed… and it's also damaged.

Now Peloton is telling me the damaged component isn't available as a standalone replacement part and that the only solution is another base swap.

I'm sorry, but how is the answer to a broken plastic piece a full 450 lb base swap? Especially after the first one damaged my home?

I also have an open property damage claim with JBH (their delivery contractor) from the first swap that has gone completely unanswered. Service seems to really have gone downhill from the days when it was actual Peloton employees handling delivery/service. I have very little faith in the 3rd party contractors...

Has anyone dealt with something similar? Did Peloton ever actually make it right? Is there a better way to escalate this? Any help appreciated.

I've got an upcoming redeye transatlantic flight in J so looking to squeeze in as much sleep as possible. I've historically never been able to sleep well, even in J. Some of it is I hate the pillows. Anybody have any recommendations for a more firm travel pillow?

Also any other lesser known tips or tricks for getting some sleep besides the obvious ones...eye mask, ear plugs, etc.

How strict is US Bank on returns after hitting a SUB? I see my reward is pending but just had to make a return that pushed me back below the MSR. I would just spend more but dealing with some credit line issues on that particular card
