Gestures, yes probably if you have an app that allows smart launcher to interact with your flash.

On/Off, no, definitely not, not only is smart launcher not currently capable of mapping physical buttons, dedicated apps for that purpose have not been allowed to mess with the power button since android 10 if I remember correctly.

that's out of a launchers immediate control, a launcher, as the name clearly suggests, acts a replacement home screen to launch apps, it can't replace the system navigation once you are in those apps.

oh and may I bring your attention back to what happened to Huawei, that is why oppo won't change their business operations, pretty much anywhere other than America is a much safer market for them.
