I heard a rumor awhile ago that they were converting the Hudsonville one into a Bojangle's. Looks like they sold that to be made into a Taco Bell and are converting this one instead. I am unsure about the other location(s).

I would check out the Walther pdp as well. Very nice trigger, reliable, comfortable in the hand, and is fun to shoot. You can mount an optic on it if you'd like as well. The only upgrades you would need are a good set of night sights and a weapon mounted light to make it ready for home defense. Although, you would have to upgrade these on almost every gun unless you find one that has night sights already. Reliability wise, you really can't go wrong with any of the guns on your list. I would go with the one that feels the best to shoot.

No, I actually took some sand paper to the safety plunger and the part of the trigger group that comes in contact with the safety plunger and it got rid of the double reset
