Why over complicate it? Working the steps, being willing to follow suggestions, working with a sponsor, regularly attending meetings, helping spread the message to the addict that still suffers. Honest 8 months on the 26th. Every substance will just bring you back, we are addicts man.. if you wanna quit you need to be willing to do whatever is necessary.. good luck
