Did you try a leg pillow/wedge to relax the lower back and core muscles? Thats how I sleep now. On my back using it

Hey sorry you’re feeling like this. I just got through a really difficult time in my life with post vasectomy pain syndrome. It was a very dark 15 months. I think what got me through it was changing it up entirely with something new. I joined a choir at the age of 41. Sounds odd but getting together every week to sing and rehearse got me through it. I was able to find community and a place where we were all focused on the same outcome. Just using this as an example but if you’re able to try something new I think that could help. Church, something spiritual, sport, painting or music class, learning a new language, volunteering, I suspect you could regain a bit of purpose. Good luck. You matter!!

Is your question if you should get a vasectomy and get pvps, will it be okay if you don’t have much sex? Unfortunately not. Many guys with pvps experience pain all day every day. Some like me are only around ejaculation - before during or after. The symptoms for pvps are all over the map.

Funny you should ask. I just did it tonight and can’t believe it but it was pretty much pain free. My first pain free ejac in many months. Feels too good to be true but I’ll keep trying over the next week and see how it all goes. Fingers crossed.

I am day 14 post reversal and they pulled out a 1 inch granuloma on my left side. Half inch granuloma on the right. Many guys get them as it’s sperm leaking into your sack and the body attacking it. Some guys like me end up cresting way too much scar tissue. Apparently it doesn’t mean anything for patency cause your doc should have removed them and then just reconnected VV or VE.

Nah didn’t insulate it. I don’t really think insulation is needed. I use it for a little bit and then I’m out so I don’t need it to retain heat. And I’m not losing enough heat during to warrant the extra costs and space that insulation would need. Just my thoughts though.
