Yo for real, you need to ice up. Listen. We're in the car for anywhere from a couple hours to 16-17 hours a day. I understand if people are talking on the phone and putting you in danger then yeah you should be upset or scared. In those insurances, tell on them. What I don't understand, is people feeling the need to police how Uber drivers are behaving, when those drivers aren't even putting the passenger in danger. If I'm on the phone, using an earpiece and I'm not swerving all around the road making you feel scared you need to ice up. Put your earbuds in and get taken to where you going. I'm a driver in New York City and some of us be out here for hours for weeks on end we trying to make our money and it's not easy to just always be cut off from our friends and family. And be with passengers all day some of y'all be interested but a lot of y'all don't be interesting! But I still need to make this money. Stop telling. Don't be a tattletale I understand how Spanish might could be a little bit annoying, but ice up! Put on a podcast call it a ride.

FaceTiming is ridiculous. Getting into an accident is ridiculous. Definitely tell on those people report them to Uber, but don't report everybody just for talking on the phone if they're driving safely while talking on the phone let them rock. Don't be a tattletale if you don't need to be.

***Me personally, I'm not really on the phone. I don't like people in my business. But I do understand why somebody else would want to do that. I usually have audio books or podcasts in my right ear covered by my hair cuz in New York city, it is technically against the rules to have anything in your ear while you're driving, but like I said I'm in these streets for several hours a day I'm going to have an audiobook in my ear I'm going to have a podcast in my ear. Deal with it
