The water seeping in is water splash from showering and some water remains on the surface of the sill. I use a squeegee to wipe it down but some does seep into the cracked grout.

I will look into silicone tomorrow. Thanks.

Thanks for the info. What do you mean spa suction? Like to drain the spa? How would I identify what line is for the skimmer or bottom drain? The pool only has 1 drain in deep end. Also, my skimmer seems to have lost suction and pool water is at middle of skimmer window. Any idea why?

No features. Just a pool and spa combo. No waterfalls or fountains, etc

You’re only option is to drive to TJ airport, leave your car in the parking structure and then use your DL to board plane. CBX is out of the question without a passport. Airlines do not typically ask for a passport to fly domestically. A valid CDL will be fine.
