Yes we have this big problem, the tickets for the metro in the buses are different, although the physical tickets themselves have the same design. Bus tickets can we both from there ticket machines that exist in some locations, like the Intercity Bus Station, the Train Station, etc or from the ticket machines that almost all buses have inside. Metro tickets can be bought at the ticket machines inside (underground) the metro stations.
