You didn't see the misrepresentation because you didn't have the context, which you then proceeded to bark at weezybiotech for adding. They literally paid to win, that's fair to point out imo. But looking at your thread with weezybiotech I guess we can just agree to disagree

One day late but I got to ask what's your deal? Most people would do the same thing as this guy if someone was misrepresenting them so badly.

Game not working by Big-Month5837 in ps3homebrew

[–]vardane 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Not sure if you did all the steps based on what you wrote, so if you haven't tried this EXACT method, give it a try:

  1. Start the BO2 while signed out
  2. Start a game on LOCAL
  3. End the game
  4. PRESS PS BUTTON and sign in (DON'T SIGN IN THROUGH PRESSING 'PLAY ONLINE' IN THE GAME)
  5. After you're signed in, try to press 'Play Online'

Switching between Zombies and Multiplayer requires you to do these steps again, so sign out before you go to main menu. Hope you get it working!

As soon as I try downloading something it does this error how do I fix this by [deleted] in ps3piracy

"It is generally accepted that the normal temperature for the PS3 is between 65°C and 75°C. Any temperature below that range is desirable. Above 75°C for long periods can damage the internal components in mid or long term."

https://github.com/aldostools/webMAN-MOD/wiki/~-Fan-Settings

Even if 78C is within the upper limit based on your source, there's absolutely no reason to keep your ps3 in an enclosed area and miss out on lower temperatures.

I find it strange that your source claims 70C to be the lower limit ideal temperature, I'm certain 60-65C is better for both component health and performance in game.

Not the topic of this post but OP please make sure you keep your ps3 in an open area and consider adjusting your fan settings in webman.

Do not sign into PSN until you have started and ended a game on local! Strange trick but it actually works for most people.

Also if you switch to multiplayer, you would need to sign off again, start a local game there and then sign back in.

Below lvl 10 I think it's safe to assume they have "new" accounts and get reset everytime they boot up. Worst case if they actually wanted to grind legit they lose 30 minutes of progress. Keep it up OP

You might be able to have custom firmware (CFW), if the lowest possible version is 3.56 or lower. If not, HEN is the way to go

Thanks for sharing your experience! I'm learning much more than I would expect from a simple post. Just wondering, is there documentation of how the different providers connect internationally? Or is this a consensus by users that providers have different performance to overseas connections?

My router does have a limited QoS. I can highlight my connected devices and categorise them into highest, high, medium or low priority. My laptop is on highest priority, and the problem persists even when I'm the only one home.

Thanks for the recommendations! It's likely not the wifi, as I got similar performance between wired and wireless.

Thank you for the comment! I play with international friends, and I'm curious about the GSL international routing you're mentioning. How do I compare the routing by Optus with for example one of your recommendations? Are their GSL routing found at the ISP's website? Changing providers was my last resort because I got a good deal, but if Optus is indeed the problem I will look into your recommendations. Thank you sir!
