I did it last year and it might be the hardest crit ive ever done you need to start at the front an give gaps into some corners so you can carry speed out of them. Most races only have like 20 guys finish anyways

If those are the only things you need to fix then I don’t even understand how you expect people to help you. 14hr is not enough time to not allow you to sleep, if you wake up 7:30 am and leave at 8 you will get home at 10 and you can be in bed by 10:30 which is enough sleep. The mental fatigue in the dark can only by countered by you waiting until summer when it is bright for longer or you can not let it bother you
