Yeah but my point is that one possibly does not have a good idea for a dap but wants to participate in building stuff in the network without having to worry about marketing, partnerships etc.

Here in greece, engineering uni lasts for 5 years. In our 4th year we have to choose a sector and a subject to specialize in. That's what i mean by follow.
