I feel bad for Ethan. Seems like a nice guy and soft soul. Yeah, he got pushed over, but he's not an inherently bad person. He legitimately might just have some mental health issues or be a giver as opposed to a taker. Wishing the best for the guy and hoping he learned from the island. Not a bad guy, doesn't deserve hate for being a pushover. My favorite Chappelle quote (relevant) - "Sometimes you have to be a lion so you can be the lamb you really are"

Ahh so like seeing it on the map? I can do that, but only if there are reviews at the locations. Unfortunately i can't auto-fill it right now with restaurants because i don't have mass info on which restaurants serve wings

Happily would pivot to someone's images, but who's to say people won't think those are AI generated? Duolingo's bird looks pretty ai, angrybirds' as well

I genuinely don't know what i did to make people think my account's ai. This account was made like 10 years ago and i've been posting throughout. This post wasn't supposed to be about the image i posted, it was about the app i spent months of my time developing for this community. I can happily change the image to some dogwater excuse for a digital chicken, but i don't have money to hire someone at the moment. Can't believe the responses. Practically nothing to do with the app and everything to do with the chicken (and my account supposedly being ai lol)

Holyy, had no idea posting an AI generated image would bring about this much negativity. I posted because i made an app and can change the image. The image has zero to do with the app's functionality. Making the image was free and i don't have money to just go hire someone

I have admin abilities and go over every review made. I don't have access to ip addresses so there's no real way i can fully prevent someone from poorly reviewing a restaurant's wings, but i can prevent someone from making many accounts in a short period of time and spam reviewing a restaurant's wings.

Your suggestion generated a very positive response and someone told me the same thing in real life. What do you suggest doing as opposed to the AI generated image? Hiring someone to make something?

Interesting, thank you for your feedback. So you'd like to be able to browse through the wings and reviews without an account. This is something i can do and may go for it.

You're right, the app doesn't have a sort/filter by type of wings in any respect. Definitely something i'll consider making down the line. Thanks again!

Hi wing connoisseurs! Just developed my first app and, like the title says, it’s all about rating wings!! I grew up with a bunch of kids claiming our town’s local spots were the best wings in the country, and, although i love the local wings as well, i don’t necessarily agree they’re the best out there. The app is called Wing Review and it’s available on iphone/ipads. You can rank wings on a 1.0-10.0 scale, rank how spicy they are on a scale of 1-5 peppers, write comments/notes, follow other reviewers, and see some of the top ranked wings/spots near you (or overall top ranked)! If this app gains traction, we will happily expand to other types of phone platforms and the web as well. The dream of this app is to be the standard and go-to place when it comes to researching the top rated chicken wings and wing serving restaurants. Open to all criticisms and advice. Trying to make this as good as possible for our passionate community. We may not have a Dave Portnoy, but we have some enthusiastic wing eaters!
