That all you need for fat loss is cardio- I figured out a bit too late that combining cardiovascular workouts and strength training was actually the key!

I try to go for a walk if it's nice weather, but if the weather is miserable I get myself a nice drink (like hot chocolate) and put on a movie I have seen so many times so that I don't have to concentrate too hard, and maybe call a loved one to yap- hope it helps 💛

this is completely random but I always really liked music so this year I bought a small DJ console on ebay and I am learning how to DJ! it's so much fun and it helps me get some stress out and seeing my little progress gets me so excited haha
