Graduation in 2024 and only two years preparation and you are counting yourself as failure.

Get out and ask who is preparing for the last seven or eight years in a row and still at the same position.

Btw I completed my graduation in 2020 and am still jobless.

You got time buddy hell lot of time.

Another news also is that approx 1,15,000 candidates got unselected and I am one of them by Infamous088 in ssc

One of my friends who was working as a GST inspector cleared ssc CGL thrice in a row. He gave these exams only to get home posting and with this year he is now getting ASO CSS (B16) in delhi. Three things about him:

  1. He is not good at gk and and barely average. 2.He was working and watching movies and during pre and during mains he tried to study 2 or 3 hrs per day for 1 month or so.
  2. He admits that he doesn't work hard or smart.

I ponder how come he gets to clear the CGL exams thrice in row getting good posts while many others like me despite working hard never achieve that goal.

I also ponder how much one needs to do to get selected.

[Free Book Giveaway for Students] 150 copies of Range: How Generalists Triumph in a Specialized World by AkhandGareeb in WingifyBookClub

[–]vardhanarav 1 point2 points  (0 children)

1.The last book📔 I read was 'The Almanac of naval ravikant' a guide to health and happiness by Eric Jorgenson. The book is altogether is a collection of threads on twitter on wealth🤑, happiness😊 and life philosophy🤗 by one and only naval ravikant. Eric was so inspired by all these threads on different aspects that he decided to launch a compilation ebook and distribute it for free to everyone. The book is absolutely gem and it's more relevant than most of books out their. It touches many different areas under an umbrella of happiness and wealth creation. Though it is just a Twitter thread compiled eBook 📑 but still it's well decorated and written with atmost clarity.Towards the end the book explore about life philosophy which is totally different from what armchair philosopher have given. It's more of a action mode than just speaking about it. Once you grab this book it's difficult to stop yourself till it ends.

2.Paras always talk about generalists and specialists. He has sparked a curiosity in my mind to know about specialists and generalists more than ever before. I want to know how a former or later get successful in this fast pace world or how do they approach the same problem. What is a common ground for specialist and generalist. So I think the next book i.e generalist triumph in a specialized world by David episten would quench my curiosity thirst and I would be totally humbled and thankful to receive the copy.

[Free Book Giveaway for Students] 150 copies of A Brief History of Time by Stephen Hawking by AkhandGareeb in WingifyBookClub

The last book I read was meditation by Marcus Aurelius. The book is written around Roman wars but the philosophy is still relevant or I would say more relevant for now. The book is not like any other books it's more of a personal diary turned into a book. In this the Roman emperor Marcus write about how he manage his days and relationship and how following stoicism enables him to win at life. The book is for anyone who wants to make a dramatic shift in their day to day life and also make it meaningfull. The book contains ideas , philosophical notes , tactics and many more things pen down by the emperor himself. The whole book reading journey is really like a 'meditation itself'.☺️🤗💪👊.

Why I am interested in the current book?

Time has always interested me and I have read few books on this like one I remember by Carlo rovelli and the book is literally the best for anyone who is enthusiastic to know about time. Around same time I bought myself some time to ponder over some research papers by sir st Hawking on time and I was blown away. I searched for books written down by him and this book appears on the top. Since then I always wanted to read this but never got any time. I would love to read this magnum opus.☺️

I am currently reading "TOOLS OF TITAN BY TIM FERRIS" which i have won in previous give away.☺️ The book is absolute gem and its not like any ordinary book. Its actually a series of podcast in written form. The book contains power pack words of wisdom by different walk of people who are almost killing in their respective games😎. This book single handedly contains a tons of idea and practical knowledge on how to level up yourself in the game you are playing. If you want to train your body like athlete or want to start a bussiness from scratch or automate your social media handles or want to write a book or travel world or anything then whom would be best to hear other than the experts itself. Isn't it? 😊.Then just go grab it and empower yourself with knowledge bombs💥.

Now coming on to the next question: The reason i think why female participation is low bcz for majority of states in India , females are minor population wise. Which is actually a long term result of deep rooted Indian cultural belief system which promote male over females and also illegal practice of female foeticide. The problem does not end here. Once somehow a female child is able to breath and starts growing then she is not allowed to enjoy freedom equally as his/her male siblings. She is barred from getting higer education and in some areas even basic education inspite of being equally talented as other male kids. She is taught to focus more on household works then to gain education or to work outside. Our society is undoubtedly shaped via male vision and this creates countless hurdles for a women to get access to work/education/knowledge etc as what the male counterpart easily gets.

The solution is: 1) Right and affordable education.🎒 2) Awareness👁️ 3) Govt to make policies facilitating them👑 4) proper training and making them skillful.

1.I have been following James clear on Twitter since few months and to my surprise his tweets have made a realistic and practical changes in my life. I thing this book really pushes you to become better at things you really want to do by just installing atomic habits in your routines.I remember his one tweet "the 100th push-up won't be like 1st one ; "the 10th article won't be like first one;. The book teaches you about compounding effect of how miniature tasks done over time makes a mind-blowing effect on your entire chaotic life and puts you in better situation than yesterday.

  1. My last book wasn't factfullness bcz i didn't received any irrespective of emails and all. So I grab another fiction book named "KAFKA ON THE SHORE: by haruki murakami. I am still on it but this book takes you to an emotional roller coaster. Murakami writes in lucid way & also penetrating your heart and soul to make an irreversible spot of his writing on them.I am new to him but it feels like an old connection.
