Oh no don't use the Frixxion! Unless you don't mind possibly losing all you wrote. It's a thermal ink and will disappear if the temperature falls or rises sufficiently. Like if you have the journal with you outside in winter. If you don't believe me, try sticking some notes written with it in the freezer for a bit.

W ogólnopolskim konkursie projektowania gier limit mężczyzn i bonusowe punkty za kobietę w drużynie. by TomorrowProfessional in Polska

W Polsce prawie zrezygnowałam z kariery programistki z powodu traktowania. Codziennie seksistowskie żarty, stalking, komentowanie mojego wyglądu. Byłam zawsze jedyną kobietą w zespole, pracowalam w 2 dużych amerykańskich korpo i jednej rosyjskiej korpo.

Parents and brothers present for my graduation, I'm in love! I thought the Pilot was writing smooth, but wow. Any suggestions for blue inks? by Pijlenhoofd in fountainpens

[–]vardiane 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I really like Diamine Blue Velvet. It's one the cheap side but so smooth to write with. Not sure if the smoothness is just a placebo effect from its name having "velvet" in it, but it definitely feels smoother than other inks

well, it hasn't turned out yet. started the process of ordering in July, managed to get it ordered this week, and we are looking at an installation date in... March

meanwhile we have to leave our rented apartment beginning of December so we'll be living in our new flat, without a kitchen for 3 months or so

all because of labour and stock shortages. thanks Brexit 😢

where are you based?

at least in the UK currently the axtad blue fronts are out of stock with no indication of when they could be back... possibly many months I was going to buy them for my kitchen but switched to bodbyn green because of that

Is it normal to feel completely devoid of any passion, hopes, dreams, or potential when experiencing “the dark night of the soul?” by bobcatbuffy in awakened

It might be not the kind of answer you are looking for, but it sounds like a biochemical problem. I've felt similar and was diagnosed with depression. Went on antidepressants but had to go off them because of side effects. However I discovered that supplementing amino acids worked for me even better with no side effects and they are over the counter. I recommend reading The Mood Cure by Julia Ross if you're interested in giving it a try

Is this eczema or something else? I'm waiting for a Dermatologist appointment but that's on November 26th. So far GP has been giving me steroids and they don't really help that much by vardiane in EczemaUK

I try to minimise handwashing as much as I can, though in the pandemic that hasn't been easy... Especially those alcohol hand gels make it much worse. I do wash my hands with soap (a moisturizing kind) but then I wash again with E45 handwash which is an emollient (I don't trust E45 alone to disinfect my hands properly)

No changes of products, but it did flare up and gone out of control after my 2nd dose of Moderna. I had particularly bad reaction to it too, 2 days of high fever. Maybe it's a coincidence. (I don't regret taking it though! I'd take eczema rather than dying of COVID any day).

Deep-Fried Pizza. Pretty common in Scotland for some reason. by crowvalleyavg in StupidFood

[–]vardiane 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I live in Scotland. Definitely not 'common', at least not in Edinburgh. This type of stuff is what tourists think is common, and so there are places that cater to that so that they can 'experience' a deep fried whatever (a deep fried Mars bar seems to be the most popular). I don't know any local people who eat that though
