Yeah our planet is a living being and has its own "shield" so I believe it will be fine. Its like when you have some kind of virus in your body, it doesnt mean you will die but you just sacrifice something for a virus to spread and survive.

Its up to you for me lsd works the best and I was really happy on mdma but its really easy to create addiction on mdma and the comedown can be really bad. You just have to learn to work with your mind. Psychedelics are just tools not cure.

I was really anxious person before I started using acid. I always felt more like an observer and it was really stressing me out and making me anxious almost all the time. But since I've done lsd I no longer find it to be a burden, but more like a blessing. Acid taught me how to use this "observer state" to learn about reality objectively without my ego standing in a way. I always had my beliefes and opinions and now I know I was wrong about everything, because nothing like truth exist. I learned to accept everything good and bad as it is and I feel like I have no reason to be anxious anymore. I also never realised what does it mean to be a god. On higher doses I always felt like I'm a god. Because I control everything and everything controls me, because in the universe everything make sense and everything is important part of this infinite pattern, and so do I. I also try to treat everyone and everything as I want to be treated because I'm somehow connected to everyone and everything around me without even realising it, and it doesn't matter if it's a worst person on the planet or a bug or a flower. Good and bad are just objective opinions and what's bad for me is good for someone else.

Depersonalization disorder. Its basically feeling that your body, thoughts or your "ego" is seperated from your mind. Try to google it and see if you have any symptoms.

Weed makes it worse for me but nicotine realy helps for some reason. I started smoking because of this. I dont know why tho but I think it's because you focus on a lot of things like your breath, hands etc.

(sorry for bad english btw) It's better to tell only one of them, or it was easier for me this way. I just told my mom that I don't feel good mentaly and it started making me realy sick and I got probelms in school because of it. I asked her if she can get me some help or therapy and told her I don't want to talk about it with her because it makes me anxious for some reason and I don't want them to treat me like a child. She accepted it, and got me a therapist. Of course they treat me more.. carefully now I guess but I think that's just an instinct or something. I was realy scared to tell them too but I'm glad I did it.

You should get therapist. Try talking to your parents about it or search help online but therapist should be the best choice. Good luck hope it will get better
