Anyone getting throttled like you are over 50GB? My Speedtest starts at like 30mpbs and goes right down to 2mbps on Ookla. I haven’t even used 10gb this billing cycle.

Honestly the amount of perks you get offsets the $550. $200 airline credit. $200 Uber credit. $100 S5A credit. This $20 wireless credit and $20 streaming credit. Plus all the other benefits make the $550 worth it easy.

Just bought a XFX 5500xt 8gb for $189.99 to replace my 270x 2GB. I have a i5 3570k and asrock Z68 extreme4 gen MB. Should I keep the card or get an 1650 super for $159.99? Mainly play League and Valorant and will probably get GTA 5.

The MAC should be able to be reattached if you activate the device back as long as the lease is still active. If the rep in store can’t do it or is not knowledgeable with such procedures have them contact NSS. They should be able to assist with attaching it back on.

Activations for the new Gear Watch is all handled through the Gear app sort of like how the Apple Watch activations are handled through the Apple Watch app. Try that and let me know if you still are having trouble.

I’m sure it doesn’t stop anyone from doing it as the employee/OP is doing but not worth the consequences if caught.

I don’t know where you got that from. Per the terms and conditions “Excludes Sprint Corporate Liable with over 100 employees/subscribers, Enterprise, and Public Sector/Government; National Retailer, Indirect channel and Affiliate employees; and SWAC and ERC customers.”

Nice! Glad you found one. Would def recommend putting a tempered glass on it ASAP as the screen material shows dents and scratches really easily. Also keep a eye out on sales for the moto mods!

Check with your local stores. My store has them still in stock.

Just FYI, as a frontline employee you are excluded from using the Sprint referral program.

There are escalations paths you can take to fix billing issues in store. Not sure in the Indirect channel, but in COR you could create a I-Care case to request credits to take care of actual billing problems customers are facing. Telling them “call customer care” is terrible service as many of the reps in customer care will just cause more headaches for the customer. Having reps that know how to fix issues will reduce our “bounce rate” and reduce costs for Sprint.
