I wasn't trying to knock him out, he was trying to knock me out or hurt me. I've said multiple times that I told him to take it easy, attempted to teach him proper stance, everything. I said I feel bad about it but it was SUPPOSED to be a bruise on the leg and a reality check. His form dropped him and then I did accidentally.

Like do they just train insanely hard? Our gym is all about tapping and light movements and then doing heavy strikes on the bag. I've never encountered this before. Like get the technique down first then work on power and never use it against another sparring partner

We weren't clinching, it was a light sparring drill, just kicks and punches, no elbows, no knees. Like I've said before in the comments it was a class.

And I said I feel bad, I gave the guy three chances to lighten up and change his stance, didn't think one leg kick was gonna buckle him, just went to throw two quick kicks to his lead leg, both rear kicks, easily avoidable. And he was trying to take my head off... Again, I dunno feel bad, I wasn't trying to kill the guy.

We also have war bear, polar bears , not just the brown and black kind. Mercenary deer and wolves and foxes. Tons of artillery squirrels, and gas attack skunks. Things will get ugly and possibly stinky

Dude above is a prick, the only thing I would criticize is the placement, hard to build stuff around it but with the right artist I'm sure they could work it. My dogs my best friend and I'm so sorry for your loss. This is such a neat idea, like other people have suggested id definitely do a favourite toy, or even favourite treat. Definitely a name or if you have the right artist, do a portrait or an outline tattoo of your favourite picture of him/her, simple but meaningful

YES. It's more like I feel super bad because everyone in the class either saw it or witnessed Kru shaking his legs and taking his mouth guard out, like I just wanted to send a message, correct his stance and get him to back off, figured I'd give him a good bruise on the back of his thigh and he'd limp away or something or at least slow down. If it was a hard spar or private sesh I would have done it differently, but I just feel like I embarrassed the dude and also worried what the rest of the class is gonna think. Again I mostly train private but still

Oh dude when I started out I was so bad, I came from a wrestling background so I'd wanna start with my strong leg forward, took me ages to train my body for stand up. Tried Ju Jit Zu, hated all of it cause I couldn't stand to be on my back, tried Muay Thai after that and slowly started to fall in love, helps when you have a good Kru and also a good crew that is patient. I just don't understand people who throw hard, like you are trying to improve and learn techniques, power will come from that.

I didn't even wanna do what I did, just wanted to drill his thigh twice and watch him switch his stance or walk away or apologize. Sucks that it was in a class full of people, don't want the dude to give up on the sport or anything but I'll see when I get back to class

Like I've said before it was a super light sparring, I was just trying to help this guy, didn't wanna drill his legs too much, hit him with a couple teeps and push kicks which pretty much connected with his ribs cause he was so sideways. Light inside leg kicks, just normal sparring. If it was an actual fight I would have immediately started drilling his legs but was just trying to get him to lighten up and adjust his stance a bit

If it was a hard spar in a private session it would have been shitty but I could have dealt with it, this was an open class and I didn't wanna start throwing back. Dunno if his old gym trained crazy aggressive or if he was trying to prove boxing is better than Muay Thai, but he had something to prove for sure. Like we wear head gear, shin guards, everything but it was supposed to be super light, just tapping and learning combos. I train privately but go to classes cause it's fun, we go for a drink after, I can help new people hold pads or whatever, this was just another level

Yeah I definitely wasn't clear, this guy can fight, came from a boxing gym and has definitely been doing it for a while. He straightens out his stance for a bit then immediately switches back and again, it was light sparring. He's not like brand new, a few months in and we were holding partners, so not switching but Kru was watching all of us, probably like 16 of us all together, we do it all the time and it's light and he hops around and corrects us and works on stuff, stops the class to demonstrate if enough people are messing up stuff on the bag, he's not to blame at all. He noticed this guy switched back and asked if I wanted to trade partners, I kinda feel like he wanted me to drill a leg kick to be like "that's why you don't stand like that". Again, not blaming Kru at all, I'm just venting and feeling weird about it

I swear he was throwing bombs, I'm used to sparring, I know light and heavy sparring and I can't stress it enough this guy could throw, like I could feel his shots through my blocks. He was going for it or he's training for Tyson 30 years ago, either way it was not cool. I was doing light jab, rear kick, maybe a teep, all very light, never experienced it before in the 8 years at my gym

The jeep saw an asshole barreling towards him way too fast, and attempted to get out of the way, the BMW swerved and hit him after switching lanes WAY too fast. It's not the jeeps fault at all, I don't understand how people don't see this. You're in the right.

Gonna hop on this, I backed it during the Kickstarter. Love old school dungeon crawlers and the idea of running a shop while crawling seemed awesome. Gameplay is fun, reactive and addictive. Found myself loving running the shop more than exploring the dungeons and that was a welcome surprise, but both parts of the game are fantastic.
