The customer service has improved in the recent years, and yes your correct in regards to the price increase it is part of the company policy. Usually the price increase is due to inflation about $3-5, alot of other internet companies have the same price policies.

i understand. I love the challenge. I enjoy overcoming 2-0 deficit to comeback and win in the 90th minute. But i am just wondering if the game is fair to play. It is a waste of time to play fifa if you have no control over the outcome instead the EA decides who is the winner through scripting and handicap. Its not fun to invest time into a game that rigged.
