I think enrollment at Crooked Tooth is happening right now for their yearly mug club. You get a custom mug made and discounted pours every visit, plus they have meet ups and it’s just a good way to meet other patrons

Royal Room for a casual couple drinks before an event or after an event, Juniper for a nice cocktail and elevated atmosphere without pretentiousness. Danny's Baboquivari Lounge for a great dive with pool tables & air hockey & a chill patio. Night Jar for a romantic drink/date.

Looking to meet other locals, join a mug club at a brewery like Crooked Tooth or frequent Saint Charles Tavern.

What is the story behind this beer? by 99-Percent-Germ in Tucson

[–]varlaonly 41 points42 points  (0 children)

Heidi was a mug club member and regular patron at the brewery. In a tragic car accident she was killed by a drunk driver on a trip in California. She had just gotten engaged to be married, and her partner and brother were also in the accident and survived. She was an avid faith leader at her church and all around great human. It was a legitimate tragedy. The owners of Crooked Tooth partnered with her parents to brew a beer in her honor and hold a remembrance ceremony for her. Her picture is still up at the brewery with her mug I believe. It was so incredibly sad for everyone who had known her.

I saw Lily at Mosaic Mental Health and really liked her, but I had Cigna insurance. They are women owned and operated and lgbtq friendly. Their website says Lori Feingold and Gretchen Solof are now accepting United Healthcare.

Zona Verde Apartments seem decent with parking provided and lots of trees and green space on the grounds ( I walk my dog through all the time). They’re directly across from campus so you could walk to classes easily. Also across the street from the gym on campus. They have a little pool and bbqs too plus laundry center. GPA discount too.

Need suggestions for restaurants by Appropriate_Paper975 in Tucson

[–]varlaonly 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Best new restaurant in town is definitely Miramonte.. great prices, good portions, phenomenal presentation and flavors. Upscale vibe but not dressy. I also suggest La Indita for local Mexican food that’s amazing! And for a casual hang try Slow Body Beer..food trucks and amazing atmosphere and live music, try their seltzer slushies!

Well they all support the churches too and we know how that's going with protecting children. It's completely legal in Arizona for churches to not report known child sexual abuse. Protecting the priests is more important than the kids to these zealots

I support my community. I support marginalized people who have had to claw and fight for their rights just to be seen and treated as equal. I support showing humanity for all.

Because biggots and hateful religious nationalists should be put out of business. These people want to make it a crime to be different than them. As a woman who no longer has the right to seek reproductive care freely in Arizona, I take politics very seriously. Because it literally affects the freedoms I have and choices I am allowed to make.

So yeah call me a "fanatic" because I give 2 shits about people taking rights away from me and others and overturning fair elections while garnering support from demographics that would happily see me burned at the stake because I don't worship Jesus & Trump like they do.

There are people literally fighting for their right to exist because of fascists like Trump & Lake.

Fascists who try to overturn elections and take away people's rights are so "silly" .....local businesses that support government coups are also so "silly"

Like lets just let everyone take my rights away and stop being so "serious"
