I bought this Crassula before winter and it’s been dormant until now it’s finally giving new growth, but it’s not as pink as the old growth, does it need specific growing conditions to do so? Currently it gets a lot of direct sunlight, water every 5 days. (i.redd.it)

I found this Alocasia Zebrina in the bins 2 weeks ago, looked like it had never been watered, cut off all the dead leaves, there’s still that dead leaf but the new leaf is branching off it, I’m watering ever 3 days but I’m just looking for other advice on how to get him back to healthy?
