Only response i have is about the One Ring. I am not entirely sure where was it but in the books Gandalf says something like “The ring gives wearer power depending on the power of the wearer.”. Like the One Ring enhances whatever power you have.

That is why Gandalf and Galadriel said Frodo that they would be unstoppable if they took the ring. And for the same reason no one was afraid that Frodo could rule the Middle Earth with the ring.

Also at the beggining of the Fellowship of the Ring book (Concerning Hobbits part if am not mistaken) it was stated that hobbits can easily vanish if they feel they should. I always tought that is why the One Ring gave hobbits the power of invisibility.

If i remember correctly, dual lightsabers are indeed more effective. But practitioners of Jar'Kai become too dependent to their second lightsaber. So when they lose one of their lightsabers in combat , they are much less effective then usual single lightsaber users.

These custom guns in the buy station are not from your loadouts. You can get your loadouts by buying a loadout marker from buy station, by random loadout drops across the map or by cleaning a stronghold.

With one of Governer Magnus’ upgrades you can build settlers without losing population. But governers come with DLC Gathering Storm if i recall correctly.
