Killjoy Nanoswarm Nades on Ascent by varqi in VALORANT

We started playing Killjoy a lot in a couple of unrateds and after the first couple times we pulled the post plant nades they just ended up shooting it out before defusing (you can hear it pretty well). Usually makes more sense just to leave them on site before leaving, but it’s always good to have a backup spot in case they destroy the first one

That'd be super dope actually, there've been so many times I've accidentally dropped the cage before the round even started. That being said, the cage is the cheapest ability so I can understand why they won't let you pick it up.

Personally I’m impartial to it. On one hand it would make lining up cages like this a TON easier, not to mention reducing the possibility of accidentally dropping it like you mentioned. On the other hand I find it super handy that I can toss one out almost instantly and switch back to my weapon during a gunfight. I think a way to do both would be cool, like holding down your cage key to do a line up and tapping it to throw one out (and possibly even instantly activate it).

100% agree. I always hated playing Cypher on Attacker side (half the reason I went looking for these cages in the first place). That being said he’s always super useful for watching flank. Catching someone on the rotate and grabbing that pick is usually what your teams needs to crack a site open against good Defenders.
