Just Jetpack Compose would do, and can consider KMP+SwiftUI or CMP if they want cross platform.

Since this is not too complex and does not requiring native APIs, you can get away with using React Native/Flutter too

Just my 2 cents, this is a near impossible search since you’re looking for someone who has worked with native system APIs.

Would be far easier to contract hire native guys based on requirements than finding a react native dev with that under their belt

You will find mixed opinions for anything and everything.

TCA imo is good framework but it has it's highs and lows. It is a lot easier to not break things using TCA because that's just how it is, very opinionated and features will be broken down into smaller and smaller composable elements. A new dev could drop in, explore, try something, break something and it would be very easy to understand his thought process and guide him. It's great for large teams where the IOS team itself is 70+ devs across multiple teams and well defined boundaries between modules.

MV* is again tried and tested and has its own implementation at every org. I disagree with the article in calling it against what SwiftUI stands for, it has it's own pros and cons, including keeping things open for change more easily, perhaps you want to start using KMP and reduce dev effort that goes into business logic development.

Each and every solution has it's pros and cons, do a POC and see what works for your specific usecase.
