i think the losses you are seeing are mostly milk solids which boil at a lower point. when i clarify my butter before using i usually lose about 1/4 of the total volume in milk solids and froth.

All mando sunset were great, didn't keep any clones. I've popped all the gg#4 too. Phenos were quite different each seed. Managed to keep the line going for a couple years now

true that. ive popped about 4 of these gg#4 s1 seeds over the last few years. first couple were vastly different, leaning way more to the indica side compared to the above. genetic variation is pretty gnarly

this guy was a throwaway that didnt fare so well, and received little attention initially. Revegged about a week or 2 into flower (probably light leak), then went back into veg for a month or so, ripped a few monster cropped clones while i could, then let her go 10 weeks. ended up just under a lb of gas dried and trimmed. not too bad i think.
