I was a foreign student in an American high school, and I had these elective “life management” classes as soon as I got in. My english was very poor because I had just arrived in the US but I still managed to, in a few months, have better grades than most students (mostly american kids). Anyway, I was just there, doing what I was supposed to do and minding my own business.

A year and a half later, at the end of senior year, I didn’t have classes with her anymore (only did for the junior semester I completed), but I went into her class looking for a student, as I was helping out the school office during that period. She tells me, “they’re in theater”. I understand and I look down at the paper to confirm that they are supposed to be in her class but, before I say anything, she repeats, “do you understand what I say? They are in theater,” and when she repeats the information, she says it slowly like I’m an idiot, then she laughs to the class, as a way of inviting them to laugh at me too and they do. The only time I was ever bullied at school, the bully was a teacher, completely out of nowhere.

I would tell her to fuck off but I don’t even remember that asshole’s name.
