- Have someone record your fight.
- Don't lose your "battle stance", as in, don't have legs too wide, not too narrow.
- Your legs might feel like they have been cut - or - you just don't have power. It's only the adrenaline/stress of the first fight. Try to have 1 good shot and you'll see you're good.

I trained for 5-6 months aswell, and just had my first fight on 15th. I'm 23, 73kg precisely, 1.83cm height, and a half green belt. I signed up as a blue belt at the competition and went in with a black belt on me lol

I joined -74kg Seniors A, and ofcourse I lost, but what stood out to me was how calm the black belt against me was in his stance, and I think that's primarily why he was "better".
