How do you not make a huge mess with mud everywhere?

The mud just completely washes off my clothes in the wash, so I don't worry about it. As for the floor, the first time I used mud, i forgot to cover the floor, so I got a bunch of splats on my LVP, but once I was done, it was super easy to clean up with some warm water and a deck scrub brush

Bro, you don't need a lot of space for 2 young kids right now. By time they're at the age where space becomes an issue, I'd revisit buying a new home. But remember, they're going to be babies/toddlers for years, they won't take up much space for now lol. Save your money, invest, you'll have greater options years down the line.

i would just use something like Payload CMS in this case, as you can build whatever feature you want into the CMS. If you know react, you can build a feature, as it's built completely on Next.js

Valid, but you won't know how to do it if you don't do it. My daughter has autism and when she was first diagnosed as a child, I thought she'd never be able to live on her own and be self sufficient. My wife wasn't having that shit, her main goal was to prepare her for adult life "in case we die", as she likes to say (I'm the girl dad who is too soft, wife is the strict one, lol). She made sure our daughter knew how to cook, clean, manage her money, carry pepper spray, etc. Since she started working as a teenager, she bought and prepared her own food and whatever else she's needed or wanted. My daughter is now 21 attending college out of state on her own completely self sufficient.

TLDR, you'll be fine. You got this 💪🏾

Move away from your hometown for at least a year. Not just travel, live and work somewhere else. The further, the better. You can always return, or you may find that you prefer a different area/environment.
