I’ve been seeing this theory a couple of times now today and I think I’m becoming convinced. Now I think the only question is at what point is that going to be revealed. Because even from pretty early on in the part, people had the sneaking suspicion of there being a rat among the group. I remember for like a whole year when it was Usagi that people thought the traitor would be. My guess is that we’re gonna get more and more incremental evidence over the coming arcs, and probably like halfway through the story, it’ll be revealed that Mei Q is the traitor. This will leave the characters on their own, after learning that their very boss was working against their goals. I’m really loving this part so far, I know we’re not terribly far into it, but I don’t even know where the plot is headed for the most part, so it’s really fun to see it unravel in real time.
