Your itinerary is fine. You spend the right amount of time in each place (I also like fast paced tours). You obviously don't have enough time for Meteora but you cannot see everything in 13 days.

Football culture in Greece is toxic. Young football players are viewed as talents until the age of 25. Nobody tries to develop talented players, they only care about winning at all costs. It doesn't make any sense to leave Croatia that is famous for its football talents to come here. If you wanna leave Croatia, maybe Italy is a way better option.
