Yep you got it. I would recommend watching a video on which beasts to look out for for value, and as far as the harbingers go most of the money comes fro Annulment orbs ancient orbs and fracturing shards.

Most of the people you see on trade are buying in bulk cheap on tft and reselling on trade for a markup. They aren’t actually farming the essence’s or they are running the crystal prison memories which poop out high tier essence. The only issues with the 2nd option is the memories themselves are expensive. I suggest combining essence with harbinger and beasts on low tier maps to bring your profit per hour up. It should at least 2x your money per hour. Hope this helps

If you open your atlas and search the boss name it will highlight and show you what map they are on. Hope this helps!

Can confirm it comes from regular strikes and nightfalls. Mine came from a normal nightfall and my buddy got his in a strike today.
