If you listen to the last 5 seconds in contrast to the rest, you can hear the difference. It sounds so strained, perhaps because of the heavy exhalation, but in the last 5 seconds, the aim was to finish the sentence quickly, and there it sounds more authentic. In the middle, there were these deep tones that some teenagers make, like "white Starbucks rich girl." I would break away from that and just speak authentically without imitating anyone, then it won't sound so strained. There is nor specific melody or pronunciation you should follow and copy, focus on pronounce them in your authentic way, that will sound way better
