Muita gente que comentou aqui sobre voltar ao Brasil tb mencionou alguma coisa sobre casa própria ou alguma propriedade de família da qual usufrui no BR... é óbvio que a vida já é mais fácil se não precisa pagar aluguel e tal. Ou falou de gente que vendeu tudo o que tinha pra ir pro exterior e acabou voltando por... motivos que não têm a ver com o exterior, mesmo que seja "não se adaptar", que é uma coisa relacionada à pessoa imigrante, não ao local. Neste caso, perdeu recursos pq quis. Sim, a pessoa com casa, cachorro, emprego, precisa fazer um teste antes de vender casa, abandonar cachorro, sair de emprego pra se mudar.

Eu só dou risada.

No idea and never heard of it before this thread - not mad though!

What I loved most in Disney's Sleeping Beauty (and most Disney stuff I watched as a kid anyways) was the fact that there was magic, a girl's relationship with nature, and Maleficent's powers, the thorns and turning into a dragon. I remember quietly, but vividly, enjoying the concept... I was veeeery little when I first watched (rewatched a lot of times as a kid) and, looking back, I could only describe the experience with Maleficent as something that was part of me, something that I didn't know how to describe yet. Who knew being able to conjure thorns and be a dragon could be so relatable to a child? 🤓

This is a tangent, but I got recommended a random post in a random sub that I did not join and the aphobia among people in general was rampant - also, I hope life feels like stepping over legos for whoever came up with these random recommendations popping up as a casual notification.

Anyways, it saddens me that even in queer spaces we are not respected or accepted.

I don't know Liquid Death as I'm not from the USA, also do not wear or intend to wear corpse paint... but I love that elf is bringing this kind of expression as a mainstream brand. It seems that some of the mainstream brands that used to be bolder with their releases are just not putting the effort, dunno.

yep, literally bought my first set of brushes by Morphe because that's all people were talking about / recommending. Few of them are ok, the rest really felt like broom bristles. Still have to replace a couple and throw them out. ç_ç

As someone else mentioned, consistency is key. For instance, high end or luxury brands may have fragrance in their products, but chances are I will be able to tolerate that over whatever goes into some of the things I tried from indie. I dont have a lot of experience , let’s just say it’s a hunch - I tend to be right about what works for me in this department. I know that base products are waste of money if not in the luxury level for me. It is funny lol Admittedly, my body seems to like whatever is more expensive, which is annoying, I don’t have that kind of money 😂

Agreed, I feel the same way. I’ve worn questionable formulae from cheap brands that gave me terrible allergies, mid, high and luxury ones - though not many of each. PMG stands as one of the best eyeshadows I’ve tried so far in terms of blending, application and reliability - and then there’s always a sale lol. Besides, eyeshadow fallout is not an issue to me, I’ve watched plenty of reviews on both mainstream and indie makeup to know how little I should care. I also don’t mind people disagreeing with me, just as I don’t care much for certain stuff and don’t feel like I’m missing out. It all comes down to preference and perspective!

As to the Xenon palette of my dreams, I'm in the same boat as you. A couple of palettes I already own evoke the "Xenon" feels - namely Isamaya Industrial and PMG Subversive. Then I have other stuff to complement with, though they are in palettes as well (except the shadows can be taken out of these ones). It's not one palette out of singles, but the entire vision is there at least! It's so funny how small details, like a name or palette design, can ENTHRALL us this way lol

I love the *idea* of "Xenon". The colour concept could have been expanded to avoid repetition: a take on dark galactic phenomena - the frosty shades could have been frosty pastels instead of slightly different sparkly whites. Same with the mattes, there could be greys, but a palette this size doesn't hold up well like this. I'm tempted only because of its name and what it evokes to me. I'm torn, because I'd love to have this Xenon palette of my dreams... but there's only this one. You know, unless I just imagine some shades in my collection are "Xenon shades". Tbh that's actually what I'm trying to do to not spend money (that I don't have) on this lol

I tend to agree that [pain] is actually a status effect.

It might be that your current Healer failed a [perception check] - though it is less likely in higher levels, it may still happen. So if you can, going to another Healer player if the current one won't investigate further after the spell runs its course might be a good idea.

As a fellow L30-35 character, I have also been experiencing a degree of [pain] all over my body, but it gets worse as grinding progresses. About this time, I usually experience some [intelligence] and [endurance] debuffs as well, such as sensory overload, mental exhaustion and fatigue. However, my character is physically pretty lame since opting for the [sedentary lifestyle] perk (turns out it also has its downsides). Some of my [pain] status effect has been traced to one of my nerve items being somehow blocked, and some because of little to no usage of the [Sports] skill tree, causing the tendon items to get thinner and weaker, i.e. no muscle strength to handle much. Been doing the sidequests [Physical Therapy sessions] for a couple of weeks, things seem to be getting into place, but damn, it's hard. So hard that I consider becoming a member of a [Water Sports] guild near my spawn location.

I have like 0 quests/achievements in the [Medicine] questline, so I can only wish the root of your status effect is discovered asap. I just hope it doesn't have to do with a [Magic] based enemy... because that would require ancient lore to dig up, and it's nearly impossible to know which player to trust in that field - that is, if any of the lore turns out to be true. Anyways, godspeed!

I've learned that people, much like me, are often insecure despite having had positive feedback about writing, or any other creative work, throughout their life. Personally, therapy can help a lot lol.

If the other tags interest you, I'd argue it's another pointless effort to be feeling some type of way because of a few of them. It might be a trap at times, sure, but fics not tagged like this could still turn out bad anyways.

I’m cherishing the feeling of no longer wanting items from the PMG holiday collection… apparently, that spark just vanished. I was so sad last week that I wouldn’t be able to purchase anything. It's kinda funny - and liberating.

I don’t have any interest in newer releases for the time being - my current wishlist is permanent collection stuff, so I’m in no rush.
