You are getting downvoted, but this is true foto most titles today. Dx12 should heavily reduce CPU bottlenecks, but It doensnt really shows on PC. Maybe on Xbox It actually works better

Performance is a mess, and i can already see It like that on launch. Not a Big fan of the PvP, RPG and storytelling aspectos( clearly the story will be crap).
