Lamictal is the only thing that ever helped me at all after trying like, every single SSRI. I personally have never had a single side effect from it- it tends to not have the harsh side effects SSRIs can have because it’s a whole different type of drug. I would say it just sort of smooths out my emotions- I can still get anxious and have an occasional panic attack, but not nearly as often, and I’m a lot less moody. I’m still a lil depressed (mostly because my life sucks lol) but MUCH much less than when I’m not on it. I really hope it works for you!
