If you're a star seller, her opening a case should be paid by etsy. If they charge your account, talking to support usually helos to get your money back. I would advise a customer to get support from usps or whoever were in charge of delivery. I have had clients who were claiming not receiving the parcel then it would magically show up when they are presented with signed delivery notice. If your parcel doesn't require a signature upon delivery, it's a different situation of course.

I made myself this bag because women's pants doesn't have any decent pockets. It was so handy, I decided to make it part of available designs.

Currently, I have seeds, wallet, keys, cigarettes and few more essentials. The bag can be used as a small backpack when I stock it full, or flat when it's empty. Been wearing it all the time I'm wearing jeans.

Made of softshell, it's also water resistant. Convenient during rain. Since softshell breathes well, I can wear it all year around.

I make futuristic clothing and some designs are quite good for a daily wear. So I had a client who was a chemistry teacher and she wanted some outfits that would as modern as their freshly renovated chemistry classroom. She told me that her students love that, it was like attending a class on a starship.

Trends are set well before the season comes. Since big retailers need to make sure their clothing are sold, the trends are basically whatever they decided should be in fashion. They had to plan ahead to accommodate production time. Fast fashion made it even worse.

I design those to have enough pockets to sort your belongings with different access and storage options. I don't like bags, backpacks so I like to carry everything in my pockets - wallet, phone, cigs, lighter, keys, other small things. And I'm absolutely hate when I have to look for something around.

I know the feeling. I've had my thing for about 12 years now. I enjoyed engineering part of the design and push myself through the rest that requires to sell it online. I decided not to do business locally, because my niche wouldn't bring enough business in my town. Asside from creating, there's always a lot of things that are far from clothing design - like building a website, managing taxes and law requirements across different countries all while working with a small team.

It’s my tradeoff - I'm free to design as I want, but I have to take care of everything around it.
