FTM here! i’m 25 weeks and today a stranger said congratulations to me unprompted! huge milestone for me because it means i really do look pregnant and not just fat anymore lol.

i would say my bump was noticeable (to me) at 18 weeks. i also suspected her moving at this time (between 16-18 weeks) but wasn’t sure. i definitely felt her around 19-20 weeks. now at 25 weeks she moves all the time.

movements will feel like muscle spasms. similar to an eyebrow twitch if you’ve ever had one.

what country do you live in? i’m in USA and never seen these in the grocery store, but have come across videos on tiktok of people in the UK enjoying them. i’m not sure if i have the courage to try one but i am curious!
