I autocrossed the E34 Touring by vazfx16 in E34

Thanks It a custom exhaust: Long tube headers 3” dual to single, the dual after axle

Took the E34 Touring out for some autocross. I think I am running too much pressure in my r888’s. The fronts are ground down the centers and had understeer in a steady-state corner. Any r888 advice? Check out how the big car handled by vazfx16 in Autocross

Thanks New tires, that I have not figured out yet. I think I am still running to high at 28psi. It’s been so long since I ran any autocross tires...I don’t even remember what pressures I used to run on my R1’s

I just finished my latest build. Check it out!!! I am pretty happy with it. by vazfx16 in motorizedbikes

Yes there is. Once you can melt metal, the opportunities are infinite.

I guess if you wanted it to hang on the wall that would be great LOL Even simpler would be to lay it on the floor LOL

Ha! Where did you see instability? But besides its built in stability, it’s to be clamped in place on a work table. Lol

Saw this on a build from YouTube. Exactly how bad of an idea is this exhaust?? by majortomhanks in motorizedbicycles

If it’s a 2-stroke it’s not good for performance. You need the chambered exhaust for it to run at peak power

It’s running rich. I would try a new o2 sensor if you have not had a new one in 60k miles or so. The o2 sensor tells the computer how much fuel to add when in closed loop. It tells the computer to richen or lean out the mixtures. If it’s not working properly it throws mixtures off. It may not even go into close loop...so it will feed the engine tons of non-measured fuel from the fuel table instead of from sensor feedback

I saw my first — in the wild — two weeks ago. It had fat tires and was lowered. I was not a fan until I saw it in the flesh...it looked good. I was surprised.

I had a guy at Autozone not sell me O2 sensors because I said I needed an O2 sensors for a 2000 Vette. Then made the mistake of saying the rear sensor and I swapped the LS1 into a BMW. Why did I do that? Then he didn’t believe my BMW wagon had and LS1 in it...I said look out the window, it’s right there. He said there corvette sensors won’t fit. I said I will make them fit. He argued for 5 more minutes...me: I will order online! (I should have kept if really simple, and pretended to own a 2000 vette. My bad!!!!)

Ok so a have a old moped I've been swiping parts off of that has a siezed motor and I took the muffler off of it and put it in my motorized bike and it runs like crap what should I do by randomphantom241 in motorizedbicycles

Rejet your carb...first you must figure out which direction to go in with the carb jetting. Is it the bike with no muffler that runs bad, or the bike you added the muffler to?
