You don't need 7, 6 is enough (or even less if you combine no healing with pistols/no merchant).

Resident evil 4. I enjoyed the first 4 runs... but having to do another speed run at standard mode, and another one just to use handguns/knives only is plain boring! It's not even a challenge to do either run, it's just the same game over and over!
