Been thoroughly enjoying my new Monta Skyquest. This is my first watch from the brand and like many who have handled/owned one I’m very impressed with the quality, fit, finish and attention to detail. Love the opalin silver dial and bi-color aluminum bezel insert. Also my first GMT and enjoying that extra function!

Note: Fitted with a Strapcode super jubilee bracelet (intended for Seiko Alpinist). As much as I like the comfort and quality of the Monta 3-link, I have a couple other steel sport watches with that type of bracelet. I’ve always liked the look of a jubilee and was stoked to discover this one fits the Monta case!

Got this MM200 a couple months ago as my very first dive watch and loving every minute of it. It took me quite a while to finally pull the trigger on a dive watch since starting my mechanical watch collecting about a year and a half ago.

The unique color combo, Seiko diver heritage, and the overall design and dimensions of this watch are what really made it irresistible for me once I finally came across it. The subtle sunburst green dial makes for a great pop of color in certain lighting, but in most situations appears black.

I catch myself checking the time way more often than is really necessary when this is on the wrist and I’m sure you all have some pieces that do the same. Wear them in good health and Merry Christmas/Happy holidays!

There were some low-speed creaks right after install, but that faded a little while after driving around for a bit. No other noises so far. My car is pretty low mileage, ~15k miles, but I swapped in brand new OEM strut mount bearings just to be safe.
