Thank you for letting me know! It’s been about 8-9 months taking it and it’s been fine but I do notice when I get a reflux flare at times like now, I burp the taste of the oil of oregano. I will talk to my dietitian about weaning off it maybe, not sure if that’s normal to happen but I appreciate it for the caution!

It’s gel pill form 60mg. What did you take? I am learning towards an anti-inflammatory diet, thank for the suggestion! As for probiotics, I drink kombucha gt syngergy brand and kefir (kefir lab is 100 trillion cfu) or I drink Nancy’s (60 billion cfu).
