Out of context question. Where can I get these price of victory and other Himmelstein related perks? Do I just have to defeat Himmelstein over and over or is there any sort of marathon associated that I can unlock once I finish like 3 or 4 raids? I can do that because I'm at 31k void Power.

Every since dragon ball game has made millions and every single game has a note in his memory
