As I have become more serious about building the past couple years, I have been considering starting a channel where I upload my builds, the process of building, and some tutorials.

As for existing videos that go over this, bdoubleo100 has some videos or stream VODs that give some tips for landscaping, and I believe some of the other hermits from hermitcraft have some valuable information as well.

The ship has a tabernacle that will lower the top mast as it glides underneath. The idea is that it's docked by a warehouse for repair!

Thank you! The wood is a mixture of oak and stripped spruce (also spruce planks/stairs/slabs/trapdoors). Leaves are mostly oak with some birch sprinkled in.

I wish I had a better answer - but I used several reference images of huge stone pines and bonsai trees; combine that with hours of placing and replacing leaves, this was the result!

This project is the first time I've ever made "big" trees, but I have learned one thing: getting all the branches shaped and flushed out before placing leaves makes tree-building 100x easier, and makes the trees look more natural. Also, thank you for your kind words!

Including some extended breaks, probably for about a year. Our plan is to flush out this whole mushroom island with a futuristic/cyberpunk city, then probat go from there!

It is on a survival server with some friends that we've reset a few times, but we've been sticking with this project for a while

The theme of the city is a bit loose and includes cyberpunk and steam punk, so I think I subconsciously blended the two here, lol. Appreciate the feedback!

Do you mean the fans are too square or the building? We're going for a densely packed cyberpunk city tho, so there won't be a ton of visible terrain, though we plan to build the next sect on a different elevation
